What’s new: In-workflow collaboration and redlining

We’ve launched a new Collaboration step, which is a part of our Intellistack Streamline Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) product. This new step lets you turn any document generated in a workflow into a live, editable draft that stakeholders can review, redline, and approve before it’s ever sent for signature.

With this new step, you can:

• Prefill agreements with existing or collected data (e.g., names, rates, timelines)
  
• Invite internal or external collaborators to review or revise
  
• Redline in-app without exporting or emailing versions around
  
• Track changes and manage version history inside your Intellistack Streamline account
  
  

And since it’s integrated into the same workflow builder experience you already use, adding collaboration is as simple as dragging a new step into your flow.

What this unlocks

This isn’t just a new step. It’s a new way to handle pre-signature collaboration without the usual context-switching or tool-hopping. Plus, we use a Word-like document editor that is familiar to all. 

Legal and procurement workflows

Route contracts through internal review and external negotiation in a single Streamline workflow. Document Owners and external parties can each submit new versions, while others can comment or redline without ever leaving the platform.

Sales and customer onboarding

Sales teams can kick off a redlining session automatically when a deal reaches a certain stage in Salesforce. Customer-specific terms are prefilled from CRM data, and collaboration starts instantly. 

HR and policy approvals

Use the Collaboration step internally to iterate on policies, employee handbooks, or offer letters before routing them for e-signature. Real-time editing helps teams align faster and move forward with clarity.

Collaboration and redlining are part of Intellistack Streamline CLM, our newest product and part of the Intellistack Streamline platform. For existing customers, these new features are available for preview now. Just log into your account and add a Collaboration step to your workflow. 

We’ll be adding more features to Intellistack Streamline CLM, including a document repository with the ability to easily search for and retrieve documents based upon metadata.
