Microsoft Dataverse Integration for Intellistack Streamline
July 25, 2025

Build secure, no-code workflows using real-time data from Microsoft Dataverse, without needing Power Automate or manual exports.

Intellistack Streamline now natively supports Microsoft Dataverse as a data source via our Data Fabric layer. For teams working in Microsoft environments, especially those using Dynamics 365, Power Apps, or Power BI, this integration makes it easier than ever to connect business-critical data to automated workflows.

With this update, you can securely access live Dataverse records, prefill forms, automate document generation, and write data back, no Power Automate flows or API calls required. This means that even non-technical users can securely access real-time Dataverse data without coding or IT dependency, empowering them to create efficient, compliant workflows while reducing support burdens and data risks.

Here are a few ways you can use the Dataverse integration:

Sales Agreement Generation with Dynamics 365
Sales teams using Dynamics 365 (which stores data in Dataverse) can now automate key contract processes:

  • Prefill agreement templates with live account data like billing terms and contact info
  • Route drafts for approval with secure, role-based controls
  • Finalized contracts are written back to the CRM and logged as part of the opportunity record

This removes the need for manual data entry or coordination between sales teams and legal, because everything runs off the data already living in Dataverse.

Field Service Request Automation
Organizations using Power Apps to track field assets can now use Intellistack Streamline to improve request handling:

  • Prefill service request forms using equipment data stored in Dataverse
  • Let users submit issues from any device without needing to search for asset details
  • Route requests for triage and technician scheduling
  • Write service updates back to Dataverse so the record stays accurate and up to date

No-Code Data Access for Ops and Admin Teams
Business teams without Power Automate can still access Dataverse data in their day-to-day work:

  • Create governed workflows that use real-time data for approvals, HR updates, purchasing, and more
  • Reduce IT support requests and avoid risky data exports
  • Ensure all changes are tracked and stored in your system of record (Dataverse)

One Platform for Microsoft-Centric Workflows

With native Dataverse support, Intellistack Streamline now serves as a powerful front-end for any business already using the Microsoft Power Platform. This is especially valuable for:

  • Teams using Dynamics 365 as a CRM or ERP
  • Power Apps users managing structured operational data
  • Organizations looking to build secure, no-code workflows without building custom integrations

This integration is available now to all Intellistack Streamline customers with access to a Microsoft Dataverse environment. If you’d like to see it in action, reach out to your account executive or log in and start connecting your Dataverse data today.
