Here’s how to use it for a simple event consent form.

Step-by-Step: Set Up a No-Login Consent Form Flow for an In Person Event

1. Create a New Project
   
   
   • From your Intellistack Streamline dashboard, click New Project and name it something like “Event Consent Form – [Event Name]”.
   • In Workflow Settings, select No Authentication so anyone with the link can access the form without logging in. This is perfect for high-volume, on-site signing.

2. Build the Workflow Steps
   
   
   • Add a Sign Step to capture the signature, name and date. You can configure the document template and decide where the signature goes.
   • In the Assign tab, click “In-Person Signer” for your in person consent forms,  this allows the document to auto be set up for signature in the browser, no email assignment needed. 
     
     • Want the document emailed to the end user? A simple Notification Step can be used to email the attached document to the end user.

3. Send Documents to Google Drive
   
   
   • Add a Google Drive Delivery Step after the Sign Step.
     
     • Choose your event folder in Drive so all signed forms are saved in one place.
       
       
4. Share the Session
   
   
   • On the Session Page, use the Share button to send the session link via:

• Direct URL – Open on staff tablets for attendees to sign.
• QR Code – Post at registration tables so guests can scan and sign from their own devices.
• SMS or Email – If needed for off-site or follow-up signing.

No account setup. No Streamline login. Just open, sign, and done.
